Mortgage Lender in business well over 30yrs has openings for a Jr. Loan Processor / Customer Service Rep. Applicants need to have at least 2 yrs in the mortgage industry knowing the basics such as loan programs, documents used, terminology in the mortgage industry, knowledge of some calculations and the ability to communicate clearly with borrowers and third parties. Sales ability a must and strong communications skills. Applicants must be outgoing and organized. Spanish speakers a plus. E-mail resume for a confidential interview.
