Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Weekend Night Auditor at the Hampton Inn/ Home 2 Aiken Dual Brand, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests experience seamless service during the overnight hours. In this vital role, you will oversee the night-time operations of the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold the highest standards of guest relations. Your proactive approach will contribute to a safe, welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. I am looking for a weekend night auditor as well as 3 shifts that are 6pm to 2am weekdays.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Manage nightly audit processes, including balancing accounts, reconciling transactions, and preparing financial reports
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Conduct security checks of the property, monitor CCTV surveillance, and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the premises
- Handle late-night phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information or directing calls appropriately
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns or facility issues during your shift
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, especially in night audit roles
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
- Familiarity with guest services best practices, hotel operations, and security procedures
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise
