Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapist-led team. This is a great opportunity to work in a skilled nursing environment supporting patients with complex medical needs, including trach and ventilator care.

Role Responsibilities
? Provide speech-language therapy services in a skilled nursing facility
? Evaluate and treat patients with swallowing, speech, and cognitive-communication disorders
? Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
? Build strong relationships with patients, families, and facility staff
Qualifications
? Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
? Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
? Trach/vent experience preferred but not required
? Strong communication and teamwork skills
