What You’ll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems including split systems, package units, and accessories
- Replace and install furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and ductwork as needed
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
- Maintain clean and organized job sites from start to finish
- Test systems for proper operation and efficiency before completion
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation and care
- Document installations accurately and complete all required job paperwork
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience on every job
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Pride in craftsmanship and quality installations
- Strong work ethic and reliability
