Position Overview
Our Entry Level Glass Claims Specialists work directly with customers to assist with the claims process, answer questions, and help coordinate vehicle safety inspections and windshield replacements when approved through insurance.
No experience is required, we provide paid training and hands-on mentorship from our experienced management and leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with auto glass insurance claims
- Educate customers on windshield safety and damage
- Conduct basic vehicle safety inspections
- Help guide customers through the approval process
- Provide professional customer service and support
- Maintain accurate customer information
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
