Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, improve safety standards, and support continuous production flow. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment (Guillotines or Hydro super splitters as an example) using schematics, technical manuals, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Conduct equipment troubleshooting and repairs including welding ( welding if applicable), electrical diagnostics, and mechanical adjustments to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
- Read electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Operate field service tools such as scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Extensive experience in manufacturing facility maintenance with a solid understanding of industrial mechanics and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using schematics, technical manuals, and engineering troubleshooting methods for complex equipment diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and industrial electrician practices.
- Knowledge of welding techniques ( welding if applicable) along with safety procedures for working at heights or with high voltage systems.
- Strong analysis skills for diagnosing problems quickly and implementing effective repairs in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and external vendors when necessary.
- Valid certifications in electrical maintenance, HVAC/R, or industrial electrician work are preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
