Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Dunkin's quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including kitchen equipment and dining areas.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Basic cash handling experience is a plus.
