Job description:
Express Employment is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mixer. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients according to company recipes and production standards while maintaining quality and food safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Measure and mix ingredients following production formulas and batch records
- Operate mixing equipment and production machinery safely
- Monitor product consistency and quality throughout the mixing process
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
- Assist with material handling and other production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous food manufacturing or mixing experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and production schedules
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
