Your Schedule

12-hour shifts (6AM – 6 PM/6PM-6AM)

4 days on, 4 days off rotation

We are 24/7- so when your rotation falls on a weekend/holiday- it's still a workday!
What You’ll Do

Actively monitor GPS tracking systems and promptly respond to alerts and violations

Analyze data and use sound judgment to investigate and verify events before escalating

Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to clients, law enforcement, and internal team members

Document all actions and maintain detailed, accurate electronic records

Onboard and offboard clients, including profile creation, equipment setup/removal, and database updates

Provide reports and testimony as needed based on system data

Perform light custodial and office maintenance to ensure workspace readiness

Process payments, maintain billing accuracy, and monitor inventory of equipment and supplies

Represent company values and uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
