Waking Wellness LLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Oregon Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) to join our growing remote private practice. This is a 1099 contractor position ideal for a therapist looking to build their own caseload with the flexibility of telehealth, strong clinical supervision, and support in starting your own practice.

Position Details
- $45 - $83 per 60-minute session. Compensation Details: Clinicians earn 45% of insurance payouts per session, with a guaranteed baseline of $45 per session.
- Supervision: Included to support licensure and professional growth

- Pay Structure: 1099 contractor; paid only for client sessions

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth platform
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Adhere to professional ethics and Oregon licensing board requirements
- Collaborate in a supportive environment when needed
Requirements
- Active Oregon Professional Counselor Associate License (LPC-A)
- Experience or interest in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma (PTSD), etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
- Strong communication, documentation, and telehealth skills
- Reliable internet and a private, secure space for sessions
- Understand the role and requirements of a 1099 contractor.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Familiarity with CBT, ERP, CPT, or other evidence-based practices
- Previous telehealth or private practice experience
