Duties
- Operate vinyl printers, laminators and plotter cutters
- Interpret production documents and specifications to ensure accurate print runs and color management.
- Perform mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance on industrial equipment to optimize performance.
- Manage quality control by inspecting printed materials for color consistency, registration, and overall print quality.
- Cut, bind, and assemble printed products according to layout design specifications while maintaining safety standards.
- Collaborate with design teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to machine operation or print quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating various printing machinery
- Strong knowledge of color management principles and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform machine adjustments and routine maintenance.
- Familiarity with prepress processes including layout design, typography, and print advertising production.
- Ability to interpret manufacturing documents accurately and follow detailed instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with a proactive approach to quality control.
- Basic understanding of industrial equipment safety protocols and mechanical knowledge is preferred.

Work Hours: M-F 8:30-5
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
