We are looking for a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing payments, and helping customers with their inquiries. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience in cash handling and be able to provide accurate change.
This position is for hours with a set schedule of Mon-Fri 12pm-7pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with purchases and returns.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Pay: $13.73 per hour
