Eskridge Lexus of Oklahoma City has an immediate opening for a full-time Automotive Express Service Consultant.
This position will mainly focus on low mileage, routine maintenance for our guests’ vehicles.
We are looking for an individual who has outstanding customer service and communication skills, is organized, and motivated. Teamwork is imperative to best serve our guests so applicant must also be a good team player.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the daily flow of customers’ automotive needs and vehicles through the Service Department.
- Actively greet our guests, welcoming them to our dealership and helping them feel like a guest in our home.
- Write Repair Orders in a clear concise manner, serving as a liaison between the guest and technician.
- Coordinate Service progress and keep guests informed of the status of their vehicle.
- Serve as a cashier for guests and perform an active service delivery, thoroughly explaining all items covered during service visit.

Work week is Monday through Friday, plus rotating Saturdays. We are open from 7:30AM-6:00PM Monday – Friday, and 8:00AM-4:00PM Saturdays.
Must have a valid automotive driver’s license and reliable transportation. This job requires operation of a motor vehicle and therefore is classified as Safety-Sensitive work. Applicant must pass a pre-employment drug screening in addition to the standard background screening.
Pay: Hourly + Commission
