Cable Installation Technician – 1099 Independent Contractor
Earn $1,200–$1,600+ per week | Full-Time | Independent Contractor
We are looking for motivated and dependable Cable Installation Technicians to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for experienced technicians, as well as individuals with a strong work ethic who are willing to learn.
Compensation
* $1,200–$1,600+ per week based on completed work and performance

Responsibilities
* Install and troubleshoot residential cable, internet, and related services
* Run and secure cable lines according to company and industry standards
* Install and activate customer equipment, including modems and TV equipment
* Test services and ensure everything is working properly before leaving the job
* Troubleshoot service issues and identify the cause of problems
* Communicate professionally with customers and explain completed work
* Maintain accurate job documentation and follow required procedures
* Provide a professional customer experience on every job
Requirements
* Valid driver’s license
* Reliable white truck, minivan, or SUV ( we can assist with vehicle )
* Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work
* Ability to safely use ladders and basic hand tools
* Good communication and customer-service skills
* Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
* Previous cable, telecommunications, electrical, construction, or technical experience is a plus, but training is available for qualified candidates
Schedule
* 5-6 days per week
* Start time around 8:00 AM
* Workday typically continues until approximately 7:00 PM or until assigned jobs are completed
* Schedule may vary depending on workload and customer appointments
Training
Paid training and hands-on support are provided.
We will teach qualified candidates the installation process, equipment, testing requirements, safety procedures, and customer-service expectations.
