Pay Rate: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced DEACOM Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with a primary focus on DEACOM ERP and integration with SAP and Oracle platforms. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operations, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure ERP processes are aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to identify process improvement opportunities across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, inventory, and customer service functions.
Position Summary
The Solution Architect will collaborate with business leaders, project managers, developers, and third-party vendors to design integrated solutions, improve business processes, and maximize the value of DEACOM ERP across the organization. This aligns with common Solution Architect responsibilities for enterprise ERP environments, including solution design, integration strategy, governance, and digital transformation.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead the overall architecture and technical roadmap for DEACOM ERP.
- Design scalable ERP solutions supporting manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, quality, planning, warehouse management, finance, and customer service.
- Translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
- Evaluate system enhancements and recommend best practices.
DEACOM Administration & Optimization
- Configure and optimize DEACOM modules.
- Improve system performance and usability.
- Recommend standardization while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
- Support upgrades, testing, and deployment of new functionality.
Business Process Improvement
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
- Improve Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, Inventory Control, and Financial processes.
- Develop scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Manufacturing & Supply Chain Support
- Architect solutions supporting:
- Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Formulas & Recipes
- Production Scheduling
- Batch Manufacturing
- Lot Traceability
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Operations
- Shipping & Logistics
- Quality Management
- Inventory
Project Leadership
- Lead ERP implementation and enhancement projects.
- Develop project plans and technical documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources.
- Manage timelines and project risks.
Compliance
- Ensure ERP solutions support:
- FDA regulations
- cGMP requirements
- Electronic documentation standards
- Audit readiness
- Product traceability
- Quality Management Systems
Reporting & Analytics
- Design enterprise reporting architecture.
- Build reporting strategies using:
- Power BI
- SQL
- DEACOM reporting tools
- Develop dashboards and executive KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of ERP implementation and solution architecture experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on DEACOM ERP experience.
- Experience within manufacturing environments.
