Position Overview
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work, this role plays a key part in making sure our hostel stays comfortable and clean for every guest. No prior experience is required, we provide full training, but housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Clean guest rooms, dorms, bathrooms, and common areas daily.
Change linens, make beds, and restock towels and supplies.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to maintenance staff.
Follow cleaning schedules and hostel standards for hygiene and presentation.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Cleaning 15 rooms + grounds.
Qualifications
Housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 lbs.
Comfortable with physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for long periods.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay: $18/hour.
Part-time and full-time roles available.
