Are you creative, outgoing, and passionate about marketing, social media, beauty, wellness, and connecting with people?
We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing & Social Media Representative to help promote two unique and growing brands: Perfumes of Arabia (POA) and Aura Total Health, our medical and wellness clinic.
This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who enjoys being in front of the camera, creating engaging content, interacting with customers and patients, and helping businesses grow through social media and in-person marketing.
For Perfumes of Arabia, you’ll help showcase our fragrance and beauty products through engaging in-store interactions, TikTok videos, TikTok Live sessions, promotions, product demonstrations, and other social media content.
For Aura Total Health, you’ll help build awareness of our medical and wellness services through educational and engaging social media content, including wellness, functional medicine, IV therapy, peptide therapy, aesthetic medicine, and other services offered by the clinic.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on camera, has a naturally outgoing personality, understands social media trends, and can represent two different brands while maintaining a professional and positive image.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain real-world experience in social media marketing, content creation, retail marketing, healthcare/wellness marketing, sales, and brand development.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Creation
- Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms for both Perfumes of Arabia and Aura Total Health
- Appear on camera for TikTok videos, Reels, promotional videos, and other social media content
- Participate in and host engaging TikTok Live sessions for Perfumes of Arabia
- Create short-form videos featuring fragrances, beauty products, promotions, wellness services, and educational topics
- Stay up to date with current TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends and identify opportunities to incorporate relevant trends into our content
- Develop creative ideas for videos, promotions, campaigns, and social media posts
- Assist with filming, lighting, basic editing, captions, hashtags, and posting
- Help maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all social media platforms
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions
- Help increase followers, engagement, brand awareness, and customer/patient inquiries
Perfumes of Arabia — Retail Marketing
- Greet customers warmly and create an engaging in-store experience
- Assist customers in selecting fragrances based on their preferences, personality, and style
- Conduct product demonstrations and fragrance presentations
- Promote featured products, new arrivals, seasonal collections, gift sets, and special promotions
- Participate in TikTok Live sessions designed to showcase products and generate online sales
- Create content highlighting fragrances, product comparisons, recommendations, and customer favorites
- Encourage customers to follow and engage with the company's social media platforms
- Naturally upsell complementary products such as body lotions, oils, gift sets, and other fragrance-related products
- Assist with merchandising, product displays, stocking, and maintaining an attractive retail environment
- Operate POS systems and assist with transactions when needed
- Provide excellent customer service and answer product-related questions
- Assist with inventory checks and maintaining product availability
Aura Total Health — Healthcare & Wellness Marketing
- Create professional and engaging content that increases awareness of Aura Total Health
- Help promote the clinic's medical, wellness, and aesthetic services through social media and other marketing initiatives
- Create educational and informative content surrounding wellness, healthy living, and available services
- Help showcase services such as functional medicine and wellness, IV therapy, peptide therapy, aesthetic medicine, spine/orthopedic and sports medicine, vein and vascular therapy, and diagnostics/imaging
- Assist with filming appropriate educational videos featuring providers and/or staff
- Help develop promotional campaigns and social media initiatives to generate awareness and appointment inquiries
- Engage with prospective patients through social media messages and comments in a professional manner
- Direct medical or treatment-specific questions to the appropriate clinical staff rather than providing medical advice
- Help maintain a professional, trustworthy, and welcoming image for the clinic
- Assist with local marketing initiatives and community outreach
- Help increase awareness of Aura Total Health's services and encourage prospective patients to schedule consultations
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in social media, marketing, retail sales, content creation, or customer service preferred
- Strong interest in TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video content
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking naturally in front of an audience
- Creative personality with the ability to generate new content ideas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, outgoing, and personable demeanor
- Ability to interact comfortably with customers, patients, providers, and members of the public
- Strong understanding of social media trends and what makes content engaging
- Basic video editing and content creation skills are a plus
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms is a plus
- Previous beauty, fragrance, wellness, healthcare, aesthetics, or retail experience is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Sales and upselling experience is desirable
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and ability to represent both brands appropriately
- Must be comfortable working in person and occasionally traveling between locations as needed

Because this role represents both a retail brand and a healthcare/wellness brand, professionalism, good judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate appropriately are extremely important.
