About the Role
Are you a "jack-of-all-trades" who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? At Superior Sauna, we don’t just make saunas; we craft wellness experiences. As we continue to grow and take on new projects, we are looking for a flexible, hardworking Shop Laborer to join our headquarters in Ashland.
This isn’t a "sit at one station all day" kind of job. You’ll be the ultimate utility player, jumping between different tasks and departments to keep our production moving smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Adapt & Execute: Support various stages of the manufacturing and shipping process. Your tasks will shift daily based on our current projects and priorities.
- Material Handling: Moving lumber, components, and finished products. Forklift experience is a huge plus, but a willingness to learn is a must.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the workspace organized, safe, and efficient.
- Collaborate: Work closely with a tight-knit team to meet deadlines and maintain our high quality standards.
Working Conditions
- The Environment: You’ll be working in our main warehouse. Please note that this facility is not heated. You should be comfortable working in temperatures that range with the Wisconsin seasons—staying active is the best way to stay warm!
- Physical Requirements: This is a physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, and moving throughout the day.
