We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who can work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you’ll deliver technical services to both new customers during onboarding and our existing customer base, ensuring smooth deployments and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do
- Deploy and configure proprietary software across Windows & Linux environments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues involving networks, SQL databases, and IP camera systems.
- Manage installation schedules, deployments, and support tickets from start to finish.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and customers to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in technical support, deployments, or IT systems administration.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, infrastructure, and large-scale data systems.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Windows, and Linux.
- Familiarity with IP cameras and surveillance network configurations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate technical projects.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
