- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, conducting site tours, attending career fairs, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain recruitment tracking records
- Support onboarding activities by preparing new hire documentation and assisting with orientation processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including new hires, transfers, promotions, leaves of absence, and terminations
- Create, update and maintain job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational needs and current responsibilities
- Track HR-related data, including attendance, clinical schedules, training participation, performance evaluations, recruitment activity, employee schedule changes, and compliance documentation
- Prepare reports and maintain HR files in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Assist with HR audits by reviewing employee files and ensuring records are complete, accurate, and compliant with organizational policies and employment laws
- Support compliance initiatives by maintaining required documentation and tracking deadlines for HR-related activities
- Help ensure HR procedures are administered consistently and in accordance with established guidelines
- Calendar notification for terminations, new hires, leaves of absence, and all other necessary notifications to the proper channels.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with employee satisfaction surveys, feedback collection, and related HR initiatives
- Coordinate employee offboarding activities, including exit interviews, collection of company property, and record updates
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and assist with day-to-day HR department operations
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information and workplace concerns
- Other related duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1–2 years of administrative or human resources experience preferred
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recordkeeping procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
