Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our fully remote sales team. In this role, you will own and grow relationships with healthcare providers, medical offices, clinics, hospitals, and other laboratory clients within your assigned territory. You will serve as the primary liaison between C19 Labs and our clients - ensuring outstanding service, identifying expansion opportunities, and helping clients get the most out of our diagnostic testing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and grow a book of business with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and laboratory clients
- Prospect and develop new accounts through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering proactive and responsive client support
- Educate clients on C19 Labs testing menu, turnaround times, and competitive advantages
- Coordinate with internal operations and specimen processing teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and account status in CRM software
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Represent C19 Labs at health fairs, medical conferences, and local networking events as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B or healthcare sales experience; laboratory or diagnostics sales a strong plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote territory independently
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with clinical laboratory testing, diagnostics, or healthcare services preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree

- $60,000 to $95,000 per year (base salary plus commission potential)
