- Operation and maintenance of modern manufacturing machinery
- Keep up machines in good working condition by adhering to cleaning schedules and applying basic preventative maintenance techniques
- Set up machines according to each job specification per work order
- Lead a team of production employees
- Supervision and optimization of production processes and quality criteria
- Mathematical comprehension and mechanical aptitude
- Experience of working within a production environment
- Textile experience is a plus
- Organized team player who performs effectively and accurately
- Ability to handle a physical workload
- Must be willing to work late and night shift
- Forklift experience is a plus
