Job Overview
Goldstar ATM is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cash Loader / Cash Handler to join our team. This position will be primarily based out of our warehouse and will involve ATM vaulting, cash handling, loading and preparing cash, and assisting with ATM service technician work when not performing vaulting duties.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in cash handling, vaulting, armored car service, banking cash operations, or a similar role. This position requires a high level of trust, accuracy, organization, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, count, organize, and load cash for ATM vaulting routes
Assist with ATM cash replenishment and related vaulting duties
Maintain accurate cash records and follow company procedures
Handle cash securely and responsibly at all times
Work primarily out of the Goldstar ATM warehouse
Assist with ATM service technician tasks when not performing vaulting duties
Help troubleshoot, clean, maintain, and service ATM machines
Support warehouse organization, equipment preparation, and inventory needs
Drive company routes as needed in a safe and professional manner
Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures
Communicate clearly with management and team members
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in cash handling, vaulting, armored car service, banking, or similar cash-related work
Must be able to pass a background check
Clean driving record required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive responsibilities
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Ability to lift, move, and carry equipment or cash bags as needed
Willingness to learn ATM service and technician-related work
Valid driver’s license required
Preferred Experience
Armored car service experience
ATM vaulting or ATM service experience
Bank teller, vault teller, or cash room experience
Basic mechanical, technical, or equipment repair experience
Warehouse or route-based work experience
Schedule
This is a full-time position. The role will primarily be based out of our warehouse, with some local driving and field work required depending on vaulting and service needs.
Compensation
Starting pay is approximately $21.00 per hour, with compensation depending on experience and qualifications.
