We're looking for an operational leader to help build scalable teams, improve execution, and drive accountability as we grow.
The Role
Reporting to the COO, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our U.S. business, including Support, Implementations, Customer Success, and internal operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and driving results.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily business operations.
- Build and improve operational processes.
- Establish KPIs and accountability.
- Hire, coach, and develop employees.
- Build future department leaders.
- Improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Remove operational bottlenecks.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Development to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading operations in SaaS, software, ERP, POS, retail technology, or professional services.
- Experience building teams and improving processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- MBA preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
