As a Locum Anesthesiologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality anesthetic care in various clinical settings. - Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures

Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Assess patient medical histories and determine appropriate anesthesia plans

Manage post-anesthesia care and address any complications

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Stay current with anesthesiology best practices and protocols

Provide support and guidance to junior medical staff as needed

Participate in departmental meetings and continuous education initiatives
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Board certification in Anesthesiology or relevant specialty

Associate level experience in anesthesiology

Current state medical license and DEA registration

Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts
Weekday and weekend call rotation
Caseload: General, OB, some neuro, minimal pediatrics
Epidurals and neuro cases are required
1:4 medical supervision
Must be able to practice independently as well
EMR: Epic
Board certification required
