Sales Support Representative – Role Overview
- Primary Role: Provide support to the Sales Department by assisting with a range of sales-related and operational tasks
- Inventory & Website Management:
- Maintain accurate and current online inventory listings
- Update pricing to reflect current manufacturer promotions and rebates
- Photograph and upload new units to the website
- Enter new inventory into the dealership’s DMS (Dealer Management System)
- Operational Support:
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the showroom and lot
- Provide flexible support across various dealership functions as needed
- Sales Readiness:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered
- Capable of handling the complete sales process from start to finish
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing timely responses.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Support the organization of promotional events and campaigns as needed.
Requirements
- Must at least have some base level experience with and/or knowledge of powersports related products (ie. boats, motorcycles, ATV's, and side by sides)
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a sales environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Base Pay: From $11.00 per hour
