CDL-A Local Delivery Driver – Grand Rapids, MI

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working CDL-A Local Delivery Driver to join our Grand Rapids team. Reliability and daily attendance is extremely important in this position and a strong dedication to customer service.

As a CDL-A Delivery Driver, you will deliver wholesale grocery and convenience store products to convenience stores and gas stations on a multi-stop route.
This is a hands-on delivery position. Drivers unload product using a pull-out ramp and two-wheel dolly, so attention to detail, accuracy, safety, are very important.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely operating a CDL-A vehicle on local and regional delivery routes
- Delivering customer orders accurately and on time
- Unloading product using a ramp and two-wheel dolly
- Providing professional customer service at each stop
- Handling product carefully to reduce damage
- Verifying invoices, payments, returns, and delivery paperwork
- Following DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements
- Maintaining a clean and professional delivery process
- Reporting equipment, delivery, or customer concerns promptly
Schedule:
- Typically Monday through Friday
- 4 to 5 days per week
- Approximately 45 to 55 hours per week
- Home every night
- Paid orientation and training provided
Pay:
- $30.15 per hour including incentive
- Time and a half after 40 hours
- Quarterly safety bonus
- Monthly incentives available

Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license
- Ability to drive a manual transmission
- Ability to cross state lines
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and meet DOT requirements
- Good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to report to the Grand Rapids location as scheduled
- Delivery or multi-stop driving experience preferred
