No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, hands-on instruction, personalized mentorship, and ongoing support throughout the process of obtaining your state-required licenses.
OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION
This position is designed for bilingual individuals (Spanish and English preferred) who want to begin or develop a career in the financial services industry while earning income and acquiring valuable professional skills.
Our team will provide the support you need to obtain your state licenses, including study materials, exam preparation, specialized training, and ongoing guidance to help you achieve your goals.

Compensation is performance-based, with an expected commitment of approximately 10–30 hours per week and unlimited income-growth potential based on your results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Educate and guide Hispanic families on essential financial concepts, including family protection, life insurance, income protection, debt management, savings strategies, wealth accumulation, and retirement planning.
* Participate in training programs offered in Spanish and, optionally, in English.
* Complete the training program and meet the requirements to obtain the necessary state licenses with the support of our team.
* Follow up with clients and prospects while providing professional and personalized service.
* Organize and manage your schedule independently while maintaining a balance between remote and in-person activities.

REQUIREMENTS
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Must pass the background check required by the state.
