About Us
N-Hance of Ann Arbor specializes in cabinet refinishing, cabinet painting, cabinet refacing, and wood renewal. We help homeowners transform their kitchens without the cost and disruption of a full remodel. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Prepare kitchen cabinets for refinishing by cleaning, sanding, masking, and protecting surrounding areas.
- Spray primer, paint, stain, and clear coat using HVLP or air-assisted spray equipment.
- Remove and reinstall cabinet doors, drawer fronts, hardware, and soft-close hinges.
- Perform cabinet touch-ups and finish repairs as needed.
- Assist with cabinet refacing, veneer application, and door installations.
- Mask walls, countertops, floors, and appliances to protect customer homes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Deliver professional, high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience using professional spray equipment (HVLP, air-assisted, or similar).
- Experience painting cabinets, furniture, automotive, or other fine-finish surfaces.
- Strong masking, preparation, sanding, and finishing skills.
- Carpentry or cabinetry experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and hardware is preferred.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on job sites throughout the Ann Arbor area.

- Wood finishing and staining
- Remodeling or home improvement experience
