Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in school settings and a strong background in pediatrics. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in children, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. The Speech Language Pathologist will work closely with patients, families, and educational staff to develop individualized treatment plans that promote effective communication skills.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities in pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Provide speech therapy services to children with various communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care and educational goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate families on techniques to support their child's communication development at home.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or pending graduation).
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) through ASHA.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Previous clinical experience with children is a plus

Pay: $57.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
