Overview
Monneus Group is seeking two Assessment Analysts to support the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) J3 at Naval Station Norfolk, VA. These roles provide operational assessment support - directing mid- and long-term capability allocation, accelerating staff and commander decision cycles, and reducing organizational risk through rigorous, focused assessments. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct operational assessments and statistical analysis to support capability allocation and decision cycles
- Utilize DoD enterprise data-aggregation, analytics, and artificial-intelligence (AI) tools on unclassified and classified networks
- Synthesize operational data using Common Operational Picture (COP) and Command and Control (C2) information systems
- Draft executive-level reports, assessments, and decision memoranda
- Prepare and present briefings at the General Officer / Flag Officer / Senior Executive Service (GO/FO/SES) level
- Support the JECC battle rhythm, planning events, wargames, and exercises; submit trip reports within five business days of Government comments
Required Qualifications
- Former or retired Field Grade officer (O-4 to O-6) or DoD civilian equivalent (GS-13 to GS-15) with a minimum of 10 years of documented experience in Joint planning, operational-level headquarters (CCMD/JTF), or the Joint Planning Process (JPP)
- Minimum three years as a Joint Qualified Officer (JQO) or civilian equivalent on a Joint/CCMD or Service-level staff at or above the Corps/MEF or service-equivalent level
- Graduate of Joint Professional Military Education I (JPME I) or civilian-equivalent joint professional education
- Minimum 9 semester hours (or academic equivalent) of coursework in statistics, program evaluation, and/or quantitative analysis
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance (required to start; maintained for the life of the contract)
- U.S. citizenship required
Experience
- Joint Task Force (JTF) headquarters experience is a plus!
Work Environment
- On-site at Naval Station Norfolk, VA (Hampton Roads)
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
