Responsibilities
- Safely transport food from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained
- Assist with clearing tables, bussing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Support the kitchen team with food handling, preparation assistance, and basic cleaning tasks as needed
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders and communicate effectively with front-of-house staff
- Handle heavy lifting safely when moving large trays or boxes of supplies, adhering to safe lifting practices
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding promptly to their needs
- Maintain clear communication with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow
Skills
- Proven experience in food running, serving, or other food service roles within restaurants or hospitality settings
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks efficiently while practicing safe lifting techniques
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and guest transactions
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including bussing, cleaning, and basic food preparation tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction

Pay: $24.37 - $29.35 per hour
