Our ideal candidates should have previous sales experience, strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best while benefiting from rewarding performance based commissions and bonuses. Candidates should personally lead a healthy lifestyle and have a personal passion for fitness as well as have a positive attitude and mindset.
We are looking for a result-driven Trainer Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.
Ultimately, the duties of a trainer sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the studio's sales goals.
We provide training, certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes hourly pay, commission, free studio membership and product discounts. We are opening multiple locations in the Houston area so there are opportunities for advancement to management positions.
Basic Duties & Responsibilities:
- Duties include: Working with customers to determine their needs, providing studio tours, helping to clean the studio, calling leads, answering questions about products and memberships
- Be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction
- Meeting store sales goals
- Always strive for only 5 star online ratings for Yelp, Facebook, Google and other listing sites!
- Complete all daily open/closing procedures and checklists for each shift.
Marketing & Prospecting Duties:
- Assist manager in social media engagement posts
- Place and maintain 10 lead boxes in strategic business to be checked weekly
- Generate a minimum of 5 new guests per month through guest pass program
- Execute one outside promotion each month
