Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely food preparation and service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while providing receipts to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and team leadership
Requirements
- 18 or older
- Previous culinary experience or food service background is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant setting.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. We look forward to meeting you!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
