Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on, reliable, and solution-oriented technician to join our team in a hybrid role that combines wildlife removal and light construction repair. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and restoring peace of mind to our customers by humanely removing wildlife and repairing minor damage caused by animal intrusion.
Key Responsibilities:
Wildlife Services:
- Inspect homes and properties for signs of wildlife intrusion (raccoons, squirrels, bats, birds, etc.)
- Humanely trap, remove, and relocate wildlife in compliance with local and state laws
- Perform exclusion work to prevent re-entry (sealing gaps, installing one-way doors, etc.)
- Educate customers on findings and prevention recommendations
Light Construction & Repair:
- Repair soffits, fascia, roof lines, vents, and crawl space access points
- Install chimney caps, vent guards, and wildlife-proof barriers
- Patch minor holes and repair siding, roofing shingles, or attic damage
- Use hand and power tools to complete jobs efficiently and safely
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in wildlife control, pest control, or light construction preferred
- Comfort working on roofs, ladders, attics, and crawl spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with clients
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
