The CDL Class A / Operator position involves:
* Basic equipment operating skills with the ability to read and write description of mechanical problems and repairs
* Follow safety rules/regulations at all times
Qualifications:
* Class A Commercial Driver's license
* Clean driving record for past 3 years
* Ability to climb, kneel, stoop, bend, reach, pull and lift
* Able to travel and work extended hours as needed in all weather conditions
* Able to work with fuel, lubricants and solvents
* Able to pass a DOT physical and drug test and be subject to random drug screening
* Knowledge of DOT regulations
* Team oriented
* Must be able to communicate effectively

- Commercial Driving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL):A valid CDL with appropriate endorsements, such as for oversize/overweight loads, is essential.
- Experience:Experience operating a lowboy trailer and hauling heavy equipment is typically required.
- Knowledge of Regulations:Familiarity with DOT regulations, weight limits, and safe load securement procedures.
- Driving Skills:Strong driving skills, including the ability to maneuver in tight spaces and handle various road conditions.
- Physical Stamina:Ability to perform manual labor, including loading, securing, and unloading cargo, as well as performing equipment maintenance.
- Problem-Solving:Ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during transport and adapt to unexpected situations.
- Communication Skills:Effective communication skills for interacting with dispatchers, other team members, and potentially customers.
