Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Full-Time | In-Person
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour, plus performance-based bonuses for qualified appointments booked and opportunities for growth.

About the Role
We're looking for someone with a warm, outgoing personality who naturally makes people feel welcomed, celebrated, and cared for. Someone who genuinely loves serving others, creating meaningful connections, and making every client feel like they're the most important person in the room.
As our Client Experience & Sales Assistant, you'll often be the very first and last impression of Charleston Rings. Whether you're answering the phone, greeting a client at the door, preparing a package, or helping behind the scenes, your goal is to create an experience that leaves every person feeling valued and cared for.
This role is perfect for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who naturally takes initiative. You don't wait to be told what to do—you notice what needs to be done, jump in to help, and take pride in making both the client experience and the showroom better every day.

What You'll Do
Client Experience
- Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide an exceptional experience for every caller.
- Schedule appointments for both walk-in and phone-in clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions, nurture relationships, and help schedule showroom appointments.
- Manage the front desk and ensure every guest receives an outstanding first impression.
- Assist clients with questions and general inquiries.
- Help create a seamless luxury experience from the moment someone contacts us until long after they leave.
Showroom Operations
- Set up jewelry displays each morning and carefully take them down and secure them each evening.
- Prepare, stock, and reset design rooms before and after appointments.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining beautiful showroom displays.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures.
- Help maintain an elevated showroom environment that reflects our brand.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and preparing jewelry deliveries.
- Assist with carefully packaging outgoing client orders and shipments.
- Organize inventory and assist with stocking jewelry displays.
- Capture product photos and upload product information into internal systems.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, organizing documents, updating client records, and assisting with special projects.
- Help keep appointments, client communications, and internal tasks organized.
- Support our Expert Guides with day-to-day operational needs to ensure the showroom runs smoothly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, customer service, reception, administrative support, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
