Job Responsibilities
- Daily leadership and management of overall program, including staff and students
- Maintain safety standards and NYS OCFS regulations
- Hire and manage staff based on specific criteria set forth by NYS OCFS
- Supervise staff and provide feedback
- Provide tours and information to prospective families
- Plan and schedule daily routines, as well as specialty programs
- Communicate with families regarding all aspects of their child's day

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, including 12 credits in Early Childhood AND one year full-time teaching experience in day care AND one year experience supervising staff in a day care or related field of work OR NYS Children's Program Administrator Credential plus one year experience in a day care AND one year experience in the field OR Associates in Early Childhood or CDA with a plan of study leading to a Bachelor's degree or NYS Program Administrator Credential
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Excellent customer service skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
