Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Part-Time Host to create a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests. Your enthusiasm and hospitality will help foster a lively atmosphere that encourages guests to return time and again.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel welcomed.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems.
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and taking reservations as needed.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of guests throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times.
- Assist guests with special requests or accommodations, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills
Experience
- Previous experience as a host or hostess in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, guest services, and restaurant operations is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and efficiently.
- A friendly attitude combined with excellent guest relations skills to ensure positive experiences for all visitors.
