We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to support our warehouse and inventory operations.
Job Summary
The Stockroom Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, stocking, and maintaining inventory in the stockroom or warehouse. This role ensures that materials and products are properly stored, accurately recorded, and readily available for shipping and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory and materials.
- Stock and organize items in designated storage areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Label and arrange products for easy identification and retrieval.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Support warehouse and logistics team with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, stockroom, inventory, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and data entry skills are helpful.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
