Salary Range: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Connecticut Property & Casualty Producer License.
Valid Life and Health Insurance License.
Five or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency operations.
Demonstrated history of mentoring or leading small teams.
Strong understanding of the local Connecticut insurance market.
Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
Oversee the daily sales operations and workflow of the Waterbury office.
Coach and mentor individual sales producers to help them reach their professional milestones.
Analyze sales metrics to identify growth opportunities and refine our approach.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key community members and business leaders.
Implement new sales strategies that align with our long-term goals while keeping the process simple.
Ensure that all policies and practices meet both company standards and regulatory requirements.
