Compensation & Growth
- Average Sales Producer: ~$60,000/year
- Top Producers: $90,000+ annually
- Compensation includes base salary, commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives

Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed new business production goals
- Prospect and generate new business through:
- Phone calls
- Referrals
- Networking
- Marketing and lead databases
- Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, and close sales
- Clearly explain policy options based on client needs and personal goals
- Maintain strong knowledge of underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to deliver an exceptional experience
- Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and service
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a Texas Property & Casualty license or be willing to obtain one prior to start date
- Sales experience preferred (insurance, sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing)
- Confident, self-starter who can work independently
- Highly motivated with strong follow-through
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
