Arizona Blinds Company is looking for a motivated, organized, and self-driven Commercial Bid Sales Coordinator to help grow our commercial window treatment division.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands window treatments, enjoys working with people, can identify business opportunities in the field, and knows how to manage multiple projects from start to finish. Training will take place in person at our shop, and once training is complete, the position will transition to mostly remote work with in-person bid/site visits as needed.
The right person for this role is professional, social, reliable, highly organized, and comfortable working independently.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may include:
- Coordinate commercial bid opportunities for window treatment projects
- Read and review blueprints for new builds and commercial projects
- Attend in-person bid walks, job site meetings, and client visits
- Generate leads by identifying new construction projects, commercial opportunities, and potential business partnerships
- Communicate with contractors, builders, designers, property managers, and commercial clients
- Help prepare bid information, project notes, measurements, and job details
- Track multiple projects, deadlines, contacts, and follow-ups
- Keep project information organized and updated
- Follow up on leads, bids, and pending opportunities
- Work closely with Arizona Blinds Company to support sales growth
- Manage your own schedule and workload responsibly
- Represent the company professionally in the field and over the phone/email
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have:
- Knowledge and experience with window treatments
- Ability to read and understand blueprints for new builds/commercial projects
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Professional communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with contractors, builders, designers, and clients
- Ability to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive to in-person bids or site visits
- Functioning laptop or desktop computer
- Smartphone
- Ability to work remotely after training
- Comfortable using email, phone, spreadsheets, documents, and project tracking tools

Schedule
- Part-time position
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Training will be completed in person at our shop
- After training, the position will be primarily remote
- In-person bid walks, site visits, and client meetings will be required as needed
Pay
Pay ranges from $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, and results during the first 90 days.
