Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including backhoes, for grave preparation and related tasks.
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping, mowing, trimming, and general upkeep of cemetery grounds.
- Assist with setting markers, monuments, and memorial structures.
- Ensure all work is completed with precision, respect, and pride.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Support funeral services as needed with setup and logistics.
Qualifications
- Experience operating a backhoe or similar heavy equipment is required.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Commitment to treating cemetery grounds and visitors with respect.
