Job Summary
We are seeking a Detailer who is responsible for providing administrative support for the Project Management team. Working with one or more project managers, a Project Coordinator will perform tasks essential to the coordination of our construction projects to maximize the Project Management teams’ efficiency and effectiveness. This role will communicate with the VP of Project Management on a regular basis discussing all activities, needs, and concerns.
The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Essential Functions:
- Create and maintain a detailed log of all required submittals (e.g., shop drawings, product data, samples).
- Track the status of each submittal from creation to final approval.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary documentation.
- Ensure timely submission and review of materials to avoid delays.
- Review Quality Control
- Perform initial reviews of submittals for completeness and compliance with project specifications.
- Flag discrepancies or missing information before forwarding to design professionals.
- Submit documents to architects or engineers for review and approval.
- Communicate feedback and required revisions to vendors or subcontractors.
- Organize and archive approved submittals for future reference.
- Ensure version control and proper documentation practices.
- Align submittal timelines with procurement and construction schedules.
- Help prevent material delivery delays by ensuring early and accurate submittals.
- Update schedules and review with project manager on a weekly basis
- Distribute pertinent job information to field foreman
- Compile Plumbing and Piping construction standards in collaboration with Production Manager and Project Manger

Pay: From $56,000.00 per year
