Duties -
A. Staff to support the individual to perform activities of daily living (ADL). Support individual to access community resources.
B. Staff to support individual perform health and wellbeing tasks/activities to include: (1) attend medical appointments as needed (2) Use of house in house games, leisure and entertainment (eg. Puzzles, watching TV), (3) Outdoors activities (4) hand and body hygiene (5) Get a haircut and other health and wellbeing activities of interest (6) Transport client and staff to community outing.
C. Able to community effectively
D. Flexibility is required and able to perform other job activities.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus - Experience working with individuals with disabilities, autism, dementia, or other special needs is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transporting individuals to appointments or activities - Ability to follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to safety protocols.
Familiarity with electronic documentation systems is a plus
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- CPR, First Aid and valid transportation (Required)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
- Overnight Shift (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
