The Refinery Wellness is growing our team of Associate Clinicians (ACSW, AMFT, APCC) and is looking for clinicians who are excited to work in person at our Palm Desert office. This is an in-person position and is not a telehealth role.
We value the sense of connection, collaboration, and community that comes from working together in the office and are looking for clinicians who want to be part of that environment while providing quality, face-to-face care to clients.
We are a small private practice, which means caseloads may build gradually to a full caseload rather than immediately. This role is a great fit for clinicians who value thoughtful growth, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to build a strong caseload within an established private practice.
Position Details:
- Part-time position only
- Minimum of 10 client hours per week
- Supervision is provided by LMFT's
- This position is to be in person, located at our office in Palm Desert, CA.
