Location: Orange County (North & South OC) / Southern California
Compensation: California Minimum Wage Base + Aggressive Uncapped Commission

With our headquarters based in Carlsbad and a growing office in Newport Beach, we specialize in high-value residential construction projects including room additions, ADUs, major home re-configurations, and whole-home remodels.We are looking for an experienced in-home sales professional who can build trust with homeowners, develop project opportunities, and consistently close deals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales appointments with qualified homeowner leads.
- Develop project scope, budget expectations, and solutions for homeowners.
- Follow up consistently throughout the sales process to drive contracts to close.
- Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and relationship-building efforts in addition to company-provided opportunities.
- Work closely with estimating, design, and project management teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Construction, remodeling, real estate, or home services sales experience is required.
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales.
- Strong in-home sales and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable discussing projects ranging from $50,000 to $500,000+.
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven by performance-based compensation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate homeowner schedules.
Compensation & Opportunity
- California minimum wage base pay.
