We're on the hunt for a dynamic Solar Install/Service Manager who thrives in the great outdoors and is passionate about leading a top-tier team. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion customer satisfaction—make it your top priority!
- Clearly communicate daily roles and tasks to your team.
- Take charge of daily production oversight for both install and service technicians.
- Masterfully manage schedules for staff and subcontractors, ensuring precise time reporting.
- Strategically plan and coordinate projects and service operations.
- Uphold our rigorous safety and training protocols.
- Procure all essential materials, tools, and equipment to keep projects moving forward.
- Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee the quality and precision of each installation.
- Swiftly address any project issues, customer concerns, or team challenges.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate before finalizing installations.
- Lead the charge on final inspections and system commissioning.
- Keep project statuses updated in our management software to keep everyone on track.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive team player eager to make a mark.
- Over 5 years of residential rooftop solar experience.
- Solid grounding in electrical work.
- Stellar communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational and time management prowess.
- Proven project management skills in installation, operations, and troubleshooting.
- Natural leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Unyielding work ethic and determination.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
