Job Title: Machine Operator (Entry Level)
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our food manufacturing team. This entry-level position is responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust food production equipment following standard operating procedures.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards.
- Load raw materials and packaging supplies into production equipment.
- Perform basic equipment cleaning and sanitation following company and food safety guidelines.
- Complete production records accurately and report equipment or quality issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
